Info:this is a fire clan the can engulf there ares in fore then use it as projectiles or to help them fight....the clan has 3 stages

History: after the great warrior Zokuro and his wife hakana discoverd they can control fire by concentrate enough chakara to enflame there arms maybe even they're body the clan has been around for centuries and they are slowly dieing of....but Tobi will try and stop that

LVLS:

lvl1: this is for genin the user and make a fire aroudn his palm then form a whip or small dagger they can make a flmethrower action for 1m length
LVL 1 eye
Drawback:the flame throer attack eats chakara quicklly and after the is activated the users eyes will water

lvl2: this is for the chunnin of the group they can inflame they're whole arm shoulder and don they can fling fireballs at enemy and use a flame thower tequnique they can also make a fire sword but it is very weak and unstable

Drawback:the user will be temporarily blind once deactivated, plus the fire projectile attacks eat chakara quickly

lvl3: this is the strongest lvl the user can inflame his hole torso and his hair(the hair does not burn away it is like fire proof o.o) the user can form strogn weapons like hammer and axe and sword they can throw a volley of flames at the enemy and even make quiet a large flame thrower radius...

Drawback:leaves minor burns on there arms and they ill be temp blind for 3 post and the flame thrower skill eats alot of chakara

WEAKNESS: the user is vunerable after the use of the eye...the user is highly weakned by water and such....users arms will be sore after lvl3 activation

OVERALL Drawback: the longer you use it the more burnt the users arms are after battle

How they are hurt: kunia and metal projectiles can get them at lvl3 ater attacks and really good taijutsu so you can hit the area without flames

plzz add more draw backs and post how do they hit you and what is it weakness

the stages inf:
stage one avalible at genin
stage 2 at chuunin
stage 3/4 at jounin

Eyes:
i will upload the picks i drew soon. my printer isnt working properly
there eye is normal when sealed then there are 3 stages and 1 hidden stage that can only be if they are killed whilst in the 3rd stage.

Tattoo: the tattoos are unique to every person so no tattoo is the same. and when the user uses the flame the tattoos glow a fiery red orange color
sealed: a circular tattoo on hand.
stage one: covers the whole hond with a tribal tattoo.
stage two:up to fore arm with tattoo.
Stage three:entire arm and shoulder is covered with the tattoo.
Hiddden/4th stage: covers arms and half the face.

clan/Ability:the clan members have the ability to engulf their arms with a shadow flame(doesnt burn as much as normal fire and its black)
each stage more of the arm is engulfed.
1st:hand
2nd:forearms+hand
3rd:entire arm

Other:
the clan can also minipulate the fire in other ways but must be used in jutsu form.
eg. normaly a member cant just send a blast of fire but can use a jutsu to send out a blast
