clan:ice or lightning minipulation

Personality:usualy hapy but when i get angry you better stay out of my way.
Village:none wanna be outlaw
Rank: genin...or jounin if allowed
Special Effects:goes into a state when angry...sorta like a demon not not that strong. if my anger over powers me i turn into a half monster type thing and can no longer controll my human insincts. so i sorta have a spil personality

History:has amnesia and cant remember hislife since he fell down a cliff when he was twelve years old. but he has two katanas that he believes belonged to his father when he faught in the war between two aincent villages that no longer exist.
rp sample: walks into thie area adjusting my mask. i then withdraw both my katana and walks slowly forward into the dark forest.
